Orienteering is a sport that appeals to people of all abilities and ages. Families and complete beginners are particularly welcome in BADO.

You don't need to be a club member to try orienteering. All local events, and some regional and national events offer "entry on the day" (EOD) courses. Look for the Enquiries tent and someone there will be only too willing to help you.
You join BADO as either a National or Local British Orienteering Member. The fees below include club and region (SCOA) membership, both of which are currently free.

Notes

"New to orienteering"- anyone who has not been a member of an "O" club in the last three years.
"Junior" - under 21 on 1st January or full-time student.
"Family" - 1 or 2 adults and any juniors living at the same address.
There is a £1 discount if you pay by Direct Debit.
