Directions Please approach from the M3 Junction 5, taking the A287 north west to traffic lights. The event will be signed from this junction. Turn left at the lights.  After a few hundred metres approach the narrow turning with care.  The access road is narrow but has suitable passing places.
Parking Grid ref SU712527. Parking is in a large field at the end of the access road. Because of the narrow approach road and narrow field access please do not leave the car parking field until after 11.30 if at all possible. 
There is no parking fee
Registration and
Enquiries		 Next to the Emit tent in the south east corner of the car park. Lone runners may leave keys here if required.
Electronic punching and Results The Emit system will be used. Emit hire collection for those who pre-entered will be at the Emit Download tent in the south east corner of the parking field.
Preliminary results will be displayed in this area. Full results will be available on the Emit website and linked from the BADO website.
Map and Terrain

1:10,000 5m contours updated for 2008, A3, overprinted, waterproof.
The competition area is on both sides of the M3.  Cross via the footbridge only. This will be shared by other users; please take care.

The terrain is undulating, runnable, typical southern woodland

There will be a string course near the car park.
Times Registration: 09:30 to 11:30.
Starts: 10:00 to 12:00 (Early - 10.00-10.40; Middle - 10.41-11.20; Late - 11.21-12.00)
Courses close: 14:30.
Control descriptions Printed on the map. Loose control descriptions will be available at the start only.
Start and Finish Start approx 500 metres south of the car park over the M3 footbridge. The route is flat but sometimes muddy.
There will be a punching start. This means that there is no hurry to the start but please keep to your starting block to reduce crowding.

There are two finishes. Courses 1-5 finish in the northern area while other course finish in the southern area. Both finishes are approx 500 metres from download
Please do not obstruct northbound course 1-5 runners while on your way to the Start.

1) If you have already entered and paid through the nTrees system or by post, and still wish to run you need take no further action.
2) If you have already entered and paid through the nTrees system, but cannot make the revised date and wish to claim a full refund, please send an SAE to:

3) If you were a late entrant whose online payment failed, you can pay on the day (with the late-entry surcharge) OR pay the standard fee by cheque before the postal closing date to the postal entries address below. Please indicate you are already "in the system".
4) If you were a late entrant whose online payment failed, or a postal entrant, and you will NOT be coming to the event please let us know by email so we can reallocate your map. Posted cheques will be destroyed, or returned if an SAE is provided.
